Convert GAMS to LaTeX

Work in progress. This is automatically generated from compiled GAMS code. Part of a documentation tool to generate documentation for very large models. 

The different coloring of decision variables and parameters can help understanding the equations. In this case x is a parameter (this is typical when we implement estimation problems in GAMS: the statistical variables become parameters, while coefficients in the statistical model – here β and µ – are decision variables in the optimization model).
